- Color Access Control provides you with the tools to control who uses color and when they use it. Assign color access by user, by application, or shut color capability down completely until it’s need to special projects.
- The HP Web Jetadmin Report Generation Plug-in provides color usage tracking capabilities. It can track network jobs, walk up jobs, applications, error reports and consumables usage.

- HP Web Jetadmin’s “predictive” supplies re-ordering capability ensures you’ll always have the printing supplies you need – right when you need them. Just decide which devices you’d like tracked, and HP Web Jetadmin will automatically send periodic reports letting you know what supplies you’ll need in what quantities. If you choose to order at that time, just hit a button to submit the pre-populated online form to HP SureSupply or the vendor of your choice, and the only supplies you need will be on their way.
- The HP Web Jetadmin Report Generation Plug-in provides usage and reporting capabilities including tracking network jobs, walk up jobs, applications, error reports, device uptime, and consumable usage. With this information in hand, you can easily determine which devices are heavily used and which are under used, and you can redeploy them accordingly to improve your asset-to-user balance.
- The Advanced auto-discovery feature of HP Web Jetadmin automatically locates new unconfigured peripherals on the network and allows administrators to schedule discoveries during off-peak times, minimizing network bandwidth issues and maximizing productivity.
