Supported Platforms:
The NetSensory Virtual Appliance and VMware both require significant system resources. The requirements below are the minimum for a supported system. It is also strongly recommended that you close as many other applications as possible on the system when using the Virtual Appliance.
- 1.5 GHz or faster system
1.5 GB RAM Minimum (512 MB for the system OS plus 1 GB of memory for the virtual machine)
- 2 GB or greater total system memory suggested.
- Microsoft Windows XP SP2
- Current internet browser (MS Explorer 6.0 or greater or Mozilla Firefox 1.0 or greater)
- Java Runtime Engine 1.5 (can be downloaded from the system)
- VMware Server
