All products returned to NRI Data & Business Products require a Return Authorization number. Products must be in re-saleable condition (no marking on boxes) and are subject to a 15% restocking charge, with the following exceptions: 1) product shipped in error by NRI. 2) product that is defective. Product returned as defective will be tested. If it is not defective, credit will not be issued. Defective products can be returned up to 15 days from date of invoice. All other request must be made within 10 days of invoice. For all approved returns NRI will issue a credit memo. This credit memo is not redeemable for cash and must be used within 90 days.
Peripheral Product Returns:
When returning peripheral products, it is necessary to follow the above guidelines. All peripheral returns must be unused, unopened and in re-saleable condition. Defective equipment will be tested upon receipt by the manufacturer. If the equipment is defective, a replacement will be shipped; if the equipment tests normal, with not defects, credit will not be issued.
